TGIF

I'm tired, I'm half-sick, but today is my monthly "early day," so I'll be scooting home soon. Thank goodness.

AND, I'll be in the audience tomorrow as "Crairie Pome Hompanion" airs live from Tulsa, so if you're listening...well, I'll be in the audience. It's not like you'll be able to tell. Heh.

Have good weekends, everyone.

I'm trying to figure out why you altered the name of the program that way, but so far I have come to no conclusions.

Hope you feel better!

so, did you show up at the requisite "be in your seat by 4.45" time? i heard that so many times on the radio that i started imagining people with ticket in hand at 5.10 just standing there in front of a locked door, unable to go in because they were late, and crying.

puh-leeeze make my dreams come true and tell me that happened.

flurrious, just so anyone googling info on the show won't end up here. I'm not completely anonymous locally, but no need to court the attention. ;)

George, I'll have to ask my friend at KWGS how they dealt with the latecomers. Connie and I were, of course, safely inside. (Just barely, but safely nonetheless.)

I listened to the show! And I thought of you. And I thought of all the tons and tons of times I've been in that building, both backstage and as an audience member. Sigh. Good times.

How fun was it? It seems like the taping is forever. Is it? or doesn't it end too quickly?

I'm late to comment, but I hope you enjoyed the show! I saw a documentary on "Karrison Geillor" on Thursday. Between that and the "Savid Dedaris" and "Varah Sowell" readings I went to earlier in the week, it was totally NPR Nerd week for me.
