Subject: be richier
Hee! I would love to be "richier." I will assume that some otherwise soulless spammer is a fan of Stephen Colbert and "truthiness." "Richier." Fabulous.

is richier related to the word broughten? i'm going to have to add it to my purposely stooopid lexicon now.
"speaking of scooby doo, i feel so much richier than i used to when my paycheck was broughten to me." oooh, yeah, i love it.
I believe richier is absolutely the first cousin of broughten. Hee.
Be richier is a very weird command. Be richier! I demand it!
not sure why that is so funny to me
-r-, I know! It's so imperative, and yet...it's a made-up word. It just made me giggle.
The first thing I thought of, actually, was how Molly Ringwald called Blaine's friends in Pretty in Pink "Richies." So, to be more like Blaine and Steph and their lame and pompous friends would be to "be richier."
oh yes, you definitely need more richie.
stef, that's an interesting thought. But I don't want to be lame and pompous. I'd rather be "Duckier." Hee.
jasclo, if there's money involved, I certainly do. Or if Richie's a cute guy, that would be okay, too.
I'd love to believe that it's a clever combination of "rich" and "happier," but these are likely the same people who sent me an email today with the subject line "A sensuous on sagging wastrel hick," so...probably not.
metalia, yeah, the sensible part of me knows it's just a typo. But it's much more fun to speculate! Hee.
